Refund policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
No refunds
Due to the nature of our business, there shall be no refund. Our ebooks are digital files delivered to your email right after payment, so all sales are final. Please read the book's description before you buy.
Billing errors
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or you paid but never received your ebook, contact us and we'll correct it: we return the duplicate payment, or make sure you get your ebook.
Didn't get your email?
Check your spam folder first, then use Resend my ebook with the email address you paid with. Most delivery problems are solved this way in a minute.
